Arroyo Legacy designed and delivered a 41-unit modular camp for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine during active wartime operations.

Led the rapid procurement and delivery of sensitive CBRN, PPE, and detection systems for Ukrainian Special Operations Forces and SBGS units.

Supported the transfer, logistics, and technical integration of a critical turbine and power equipment for EnergoAtom under wartime conditions.

Delivered multi-site renovations and infrastructure upgrades for Ukraine’s Patrol Police academies to support ongoing police reform.

Supported modernization and expansion of Moldova’s national TETRA communications network for the Ministry of Interior.

Coordinated the international movement of a Ukrainian T-64 tank for training and analysis purposes.
